Back to School
Life is back to a somewhat normal routine around here again with the return of the girls to school. The start of this school year was made extra special by the fact that Bethany began Kindergarten. She was super excited and had no problem getting on the big yellow bus at the end of our driveway. We now get front door bus service for four months out of the school year - it's sooo nice! We don't get it the whole year because the road they need to take to our place is not serviced in the winter. Oh well, four months of bus service is better than no service :) The other six months I have to drive them to a designated drop off point.
Although it's nice getting back into a routine of school and piano lessons, I already miss having them home some days. I really feel since we had Eden in the summer that we missed part of the just chillin' and relaxin' part of our vacation. Hopefully, we can make up for some of that on their PD days and Christmas vacation. Right now I'm enjoying the days when it's just Silas and Eden at home. It's giving me time to play with Silas and give him some much needed one-on-one time :)
Walking down the laneway - Bethany didn't go until the third day of school.
Anna entering grade four.
Naomi entering grade two.
My two big girls together.
Bethany's first day of Kindergarten.
The whole gang - except for Eden of course.
"Quick, quick, the bus is here!"
