This is more like it!

Well, we finally got some of that white stuff; what's it called again? Okay, I guess it's not that bad but it sure is nice to see some snow. It was a beautiful day today so after we got a few centimeters of snow, I took the girls sledding at a nearby park. We first stopped at Home Hardware to buy some crazy carpets as they slide best on light fluffy snow. I didn't realize how six dollars could provide so much fun! Naomi giggled for the entire time we were out, she just slid, rolled and tumbled down the hill. Anna was able to go the furthest of the two, by sliding on her tummy and putting her legs up. Bethany just wandered around and whimpered from time to time, I think she was getting a little cold. At least now we can say we went sledding this year!

Glad to hear we're not the only ones enjoying snow! Looks like you had fun. And what a pretty park, especially with that nice wooden bridge! How close to your house is it?

Hi Lisa,
This park is just on the other side of town; either a 5 min. drive or a 20 min. walk. I'm jealous of all the snow you received!
