Results

Yesterday I went back to Toronto to get the results of Silas's MRI at Sick Kids. With thankfulness we are able to report that all is normal. He was once again checked over and I was asked about his development. From all of this it was determined that he is developing like a regular one year old. However, from the MRI report, the dermatologist has concluded that he does not have Cutis Marmorata Congenita or any of the other common childhood birthmarks. She actually does not know what it is and wants to continue to monitor him. So, we have a mystery child! He needs to return to Sick Kids when he's two to see if anything has changed. For now we are just thankful that everything is okay under his skin and we'll go on treating him like our sweet, little boy :)
